[View ALL News Press Releases] The Phi Theta Kappa chapter at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College will be sponsoring an environmental event that you don't want to miss! Come Tuesday, April 22nd at 6:30 pm and see the movie that began a global conversation, "An Inconvenient Truth". A panel of experts will be available after the movie to field questions from the audience which includes ECTC faculty members Professor Sue Ballard and Professor Khondaker Haque, Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative Vice President of System Operations Vince Heuser, and Rep. Tim Moore from the Kentucky legislature. A reception provided by the ECTC Culinary Arts Department will follow the question and answer session. Admission to the movie is free, and several door prizes will be given away including a tree that will honor Tuesday as being earth day.
