Mary Beth McCandless, contralto soloist with the Louisville Bach Society, will then sing two arias from Mendelssohn's oratorio Elijah. Jim Barnard will join with Mary Beth McCandless in the duet "I Waited for the Lord," from Mendelssohn's Hymn of Praise. They will be accompanied by Camille Hill, pianist.
