It is the intent of Elizabethtown Community and Technical College to provide a benefits program with a broad foundation upon which employees can build for the security and well being of their families. The colleges have two sets of benefits for the various employee groups.

Those employees governed by the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and the State policies and procedures are covered by the KCTCS benefits package, which includes several state government options. Those employees governed by the University of Kentucky policies and procedures are covered by the UK benefits package.
