Some Active (extrovert)
Characteristics
- I enjoy working in a group

- I am energized by interacting with people
- When I am alone, I often seek out others to talk to
- I enjoy meeting many different people
Active people enjoy being around others. They are energized

Some Reflective (introvert) Characterisitics
- I enjoy being alone
- I become exhausted from too many people around
- When I am exposed to something new, I need to think about
it
- I prefer interacting with one person at a time
- I usually do not like working in groups
- I would rather work with one other person than on a group
project
- I do not like to be rushed, I need time to reflect
Reflective people may enjoy being around others but become
exhausted from too much interaction with too many people for
too long. They will seek solitude in order to “recharge.”
When learning something new, reflective people prefer to ponder
over it or perhaps summarize or reorganize it in order to
understand it. |
